CARES revolutionary innovation in Education funding, CARES Referrals for Education provides Parents, Families their friends & colleagues that register as CARES Clients, with the ability to direct funding to Children, Families and underserved communities from the real estate Commissions they are required to remit to their Realtors & Real Estate Companies at the Closings of their real estate purchases & sales.

CARES donates 90% of the Commission funding received from the Real Estate Companies to Students offering real estate Buyers & Sellers opportunities to direct funding to their Charities, by registering & receiving CARES-Referrals © to present to any Realtors they select to assist them with their purchases or sales of real estate.

Once Supporters have registered with CARES and have become CARES Clients, they receive CARES-Referrals & Realtor Letters © by email, to give to any Realtors & Real Estate Companies they select, to assist them with their purchases or sales of real estate across the United States..
CARES-Referrals © are contracts that require the Realtors & Real Estate Companies that CARES Clients select to receive their referrals, remit 20% of the Commissions they are to receive at the Closings of our referred Clients real estate purchases & sales, to CARES, as compensation for the referral & transfer of CARES Clients to their Realtors & Real Estate Companies.
Once CARES receives the referral compensation from the Real Estate Companies, CARES donates 90% of the funding to Charities Funding Partnerships for America. Our Charity then donates 90% of the funding received to the Charities & Nonprofits Supporters designated for funding when they registered with CARES.

Select any Realtor that you prefer to assist you with your purchase or sale of real estate.
Give the Realtor your CARES-Referral © and have the Realtor present the referral & transfer to their managing Real Estate Broker for acceptance, signature & return to CARES.
Once the CARES-Referral © has been signed by the Realtor's managing Real Estate Broker a CARES-Referral Agreement is created !
Now, you may sign your selected Realtor's Listing or Buyers Representation Agreement assured that your purchase or sale of real estate, will result in the development of funding for the Charities & Nonprofits that you directed in your registration with our Charity & CARES.
Once your purchase or sale of real estate has closed the Charities & Nonprofits you designated will receive 90% of the donation funding and you will receive a $100 Partners in Giving award, as a THANK YOU for your assistance in developing funding essential to Charities.
